Armenian State University of Economics

    Armenian State University of Economics is an accredited university at the state and institutional level which is conducting educational programs in 3 levels of higher education in the following qualifications: "Economics", "Management", and "Statistics". 

    The foundation sources of  Armenian State  University of  Economics arise from 1930, but the second birth or modern history of the University begins from August 6, 1975 and since then ASUE has become  the largest economic educational institution in Armenia with more than 30.000 alumni.

 More than 7000 students are conducting studies in 18 specialties and many specializations.   

 ASUE conducts full-time, part-time Bachelor’s  and full-time, part-time Master's  educational programs in following departments:

• Management

• Regulation of Economy and International Economic Rеlations

• Finance

• Marketing and Business Organization

• Accounting and Auditing

• Computer Science and Statistics

The University also  organizes post-graduate studies (both part-time and full-time).

All academic programs are conducted using a credit system.

    ASUE has educational and scientific relations with 50 universities in the world and enlarges them regularly by signing and validating cooperation agreements with new countries and universities and is a member of "Association of Economic Universities of South and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea Region", "Black Sea and Eastern Mediterranean Academic Network" (BSEMAN) and "The Euroasian Universities Association" (EUA) .

    Nowdays  ASUE  is passing through new wave of improvements and modernization which includes  academic new projects,  strengthening of university-employer relationship,   Bachelor’s and   Master’s specialties opened according to modern demands, strengthening of theoretical knowledge with experience in academic process  directed to effective organization of practice,  usage of modern teaching methods,  re-equipment, reconstruction of material and technical base.

    ASUE is  famous around the world for  its research center "AMBERD", which is among top 100 university think tanks in the world. It  is a modern system of science development and research in higher education which conducts high quality scientific and research work since 2013.
