The Ministerial Decision no. 24 of Jan.8th , 2006 was issued approving the beginning of the BA in Social Care program at Faculty of Social Work at Fayoum University through open education system. The Ministerial Decision no. 45 of Mar.8th , 2007 was issued approving the beginning of the following programs: Providing education opportunities for the different sectors of the society, particularly those who were not involved in the public study of the higher education and those who have the inclination of enhancing their social, cultural and scientific levels. 2- Contributing to implementing the state program in the field of transfer training with the aim of providing specialized work force, which the labor market needs.
