Klaipeda University

Klaipeda University develops MA and doctoral studies in five Faculties such as Social Sciences and Humanities, Health Sciences,  Marine Technologies and Natural Sciences, Marine Research Institute, and Institute of Baltic Sea Region History and Archaeology with a wide variety of studies in social, health, natural science, humanities and technologies. KU offers 36 MA and 11 doctoral study programs in Lithuanian and 16 MA and 11 doctoral study programs in foreign languages such as English or Russian. Students can learn in modern study environment which consist of laboratories, a botanical garden, business incubator, research vessel "Mintis" and training schooner "Brabander". Doctoral studies are mainly in cooperation with other Universities of Lithuania and abroad; therefore PhD students have wide possibilities for networking.  Students can combine learning in auditorium with distance learning.  Klaipeda University has more than three hundred Erasmus exchange agreements with different universities worldwide; therefore we can offer for MA students international experience of studies. Since 2019 Klaipeda University is participating in EU-CONEXUS which is the transnational European University; what open new horizons for students and teacher international experience.
