The Master of Business Administration programme at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid is a one-year, full-time international MBA programme designed to provide a high-quality graduate business education. We prepare young professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds for leading management positions in today’s innovative, volatile, and globalised world. We are a small programme and provide a nurturing environment that facilitates interaction among students and faculty. We provide a rigorous, multicultural learning experience focused on real, modern-day management issues and based on innovative, hands-on problem-solving tools.

We focus on instilling independent thinking and we approach business problems and opportunities with critical questioning rather than with ready-made answers. We provide a long-lasting educational experience. The programme is accredited since 2006 by the prestigious Association of MBAs (AMBA). It is therefore part of the very exclusive club of only six Spanish AMBA-accredited MBA programs. Carlos III was also the first Spanish public university to have its MBA programme accredited by AMBA and still is the only Spanish AMBA-accredited public MBA. The programme is delivered in English and provides Spanish language training so that all students learn or improve their Spanish and can finish their MBA year with a working knowledge of one of the leading languages in the world. We also offer opportunities to choose selected courses in Spanish provided that a minimum number of students are interested.
