Universidad Externado de Colombia

Colombia-based Externado University offers  17 undergraduate courses across the following 10 departments:

• Business administration
• Law
• Education sciences
• Social communication: journalism
• Tourism and hotel business administration
• Cultural heritage studies
• Public accounting
• Finance, government and international relations
• Economics
• Social and human studies

Admission requirements include the Colombian bachiller (secondary school certificate) and the Examen de Estado (the State Exams), or the
SAT and/or ACT for US students seeking to transfer to the university.

Average tuition fees depend on your nationality, although they average COP12,000,000 at undergraduate level (US$4,096). Funding is available for international students through third-party student grants and loans.
