Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira

The Technological University of Pereira is based in the city of Pereira, Colombia. Academic degrees are available across a wide range of engineering, science and technology subjects as well as the areas of liberal arts, child pedagogy and sports science.

First founded in 1958 as an institution for people interested in combining an agricultural vocation with scientific knowledge, the university has grown by incorporating and introducing various other faculties over the years. At undergraduate level, degrees are available from the following faculties:

Pereira is famous for its location in an area famed in Colombia for its coffee production and every year the city celebrates the anniversary of its foundation and the collection of the coffee crops with a Harvest Festival.
