UNAERP offers Strct Sensu graduate programs as Health and Education, Biotechnology, Law, Dentistry and Environmental Technology in the Master and Doctoral levels in addition to Medical Residencies and Broad Sense programs in the areas of Health and STEM fields.  

Unaerp keeps research projects via self-financing and from the main national research funding organizations as CNPq, Fapesp, Finep, Capes, Embrapa and Funadesp, and it has fifty groups credited by CNPq. The framework of high-level researchers, the laboratory facilities, library and partnerships allow Unaerp to excel in science and ensure national and international publications, as well as providing scholarships and investments for undergraduate, masters and Ph.D. programs. The results of this institutional scientific policy are the patents registration and copyright assignments, in addition to the continuous updating of teaching with knowledge interchanged with research. All the necessary support for carrying out the projects is offered by the Coordination of  Graduate Studies at the University of Ribeirão Preto, which, since 1997, brings together all the research projects developed on campuses Ribeirão Preto and Guaruja, linked to Master / Doctorate programs
