One of two regional campuses for the University of Michigan, the University of Michigan-Dearborn covers 200 acres and is home to nearly 10,000 students. The university's College of Business offers both undergraduate and graduate programs, and business administration programs have been offered by the university on this site since the 1950s. The university campus is located on the former estate of car manufacturer Henry Ford and is home to a nature preserve and bird observatory as well as the business college and three other academic colleges focused on Arts, Sciences & Letters; Engineering & Computer Science; and Education, Health & Human Services.
