School of Economics and Management

The School of Economics and Management at the University of Porto has four master's programs, including courses in finance and management, and specialized master's degrees for students wishing to focus on a particular area (e.g. finance and taxation). Many of these specialized master's degrees are taught solely in Portuguese. The university, which was considered for inclusion in the 2018 edition of the QS Business Master's Ranking, does offer English-taught classes in both its master's in finance and its master's in management. Candidates for both courses should already have a degree in management, economics or a related field and be fluent in English. Selected students on the management course will have the opportunity to study for one term in France as part of a dual degree program run in association with Kedge Business School.
