Al-Akhawayu University

The Al Akhawayn experience is based on the liberal arts model, emphasizing the key concepts and courses that all undergraduate students enjoy so as to gain a well-rounded education suited for the global economy. This is an overview of general monetary and banking policies. It deals with the supply of money for a nation, and commercial banking’s relationship with the supply and demand for money. This course also analyses monetary concepts, central banking functions and techniques of monetary stabilization.
