Russia’s Samara Polytech (Samara State Technical University SSTU) offers 21 PhDs and 66 master’s programs, in subjects including:

    Mechanical engineering
    Metallurgy
    Transport
    Petroleum
    Engineering
    Chemical engineering
    Automation and information technology
    Engineering economics
    And many more fascinating courses.

Postgraduate entry requirements include a bachelor’s degree, and passing the entrance examinations. PhD applicants will also need to have completed a master’s degree.

Average tuition fees for international students at postgraduate level are about RUB 90,000 (~US$1,400).
