Since its establishment in 1986, the University of Bahrain has accurately and integrally been operating within the framework of the deep-rooted relation between present and future through in terms of linking its programs to the society’s needs. This relation was identified after a long continuous empirical research in the social, economic, industrial renaissance that the kingdom of Bahrain has witnessed. The university fulfills the society’s demands through offering different degrees and programmes such as Associate Technical Diploma, Associate Diploma, Bachelor degree, High Diploma, Master and PhD. The university’s primary primarily is the appreciation of human dignity and abilities . According to this philosophy, a student’s future does not stop at a certain academic level but continues to achieving higher degrees, an act that shapes students’ desired and promising future and provides them with the opportunity to assert themselves in their society. Being in an Arab and Islamic country, the university is concerned with the Arabic and Islamic culture that gives the university its identity that and ability to convey its mission of connecting the past to the present and encounter future challenges with a strong determination.
