Founded in 1965, Arlington College of Business is part of the University of Texas at Arlington. The College has six academic departments: Accounting, Economics, Finance, Information Systems and Operations Management, Marketing, and Management. 6,300 students are currently enrolled in the College, with 1,500 in graduate business programs.
The University of Texas at Arlington is the fourth largest university in Texas and excels in intercollegiate sport. The city of Arlington is also home to the AT&T stadium, the home venue of the world-famous Dallas Cowboys NFL team. The university has a vast alumni network of around 210,000 students, of whom about 65 percent live in North Texas and contribute to the university’s annual economic impact of $12.8 billion in the region.
